This has been in the works for a while, and I took my time building it the right way. This model of care isn’t always easy to find locally, but I wanted to bring something different to our community—something that actually makes sense for real people, real families, and even small businesses.

This right here… this is the heart of it.

Hushed and Unheard is stepping into a Direct Primary Care (DPC) hybrid model, continuing to serve Blue Cross Blue Shield patients while also creating a simpler, more affordable option for those without insurance or who need a self-pay option.

I’m grateful to be working directly with Carter’s Pharmacy to help self-pay patients access medications at more affordable prices. And I have to say this… there is something truly beautiful about a family-owned pharmacy being just as excited about this as I am. That kind of collaboration means something. That’s community.

Because care doesn’t stop at the visit. What happens after you leave matters just as much.

This is about removing barriers.
This is about making care make sense again.
This is about our community.

Hushed and Unheard website is currently being updated to reflect these changes so everything is clear and easy to navigate.

To make sure everything is finalized and done right, the clinic will be closed tomorrow, April 10, 2026.

Finding us just got a little easier.

This video shows exactly where to go, from the parking lot to our door at Hushed and Unheard.

We’re located in the F Suites at the Chevy Center.

I’ll be honest, I questioned the location at first. But I’ve come to understand something deeper.

It was never about the space looking traditional. It was about creating an environment that feels calm, private, and intentional.

There is nothing traditional about Hushed and Unheard, and that is exactly the point.

We are growing, and it is happening suddenly. Just like God said it would.

What is being built here is different. And I truly believe it will serve this community in ways that matter.

A different kind of primary care is coming to Asheboro.

Beginning Monday, April 13, Hushed and Unheard will transition to a direct primary care (DPC) model.

We are now enrolling.

This has been a season of growth, change, and learning—and I’m grateful to now offer something more intentional to our community.

This model allows for more time, more connection, and care that is truly personalized.

My setting is calm, private, and designed to support meaningful visits without the rush.

Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) patients will continue to be seen through insurance.

As we update our website to reflect these changes, including membership options and fees, thank you for your patience.

Update from Hushed and Unheard

I wanted to take a moment to share something with you all.

As this clinic continues to grow, I’ve been thinking a lot about how I can better care for you, not just medically, but in a way that truly feels supportive and personal.

Because of that, Hushed and Unheard is moving into a Direct Primary Care (DPC) hybrid model. It’s a different approach, but at its core, it simply gives me more time, more access, and more ability to be present with you.

If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), nothing changes. You will continue using your insurance just like you always have.

If you don’t have BCBS, I will still offer visit-based care, along with some new options that I’ll be sharing more about soon, including pricing.

Appointments are open, including advance scheduling.

If you don’t see a time online, please reach out. I will always do my best to make space for you.

At this time, I’m not able to see patients with Medicare.
