The Story of Hushed and Unheard 🕊️🌼

Hushed and Unheard was birthed from pain, but it is built entirely on love. The daffodil in our logo is my late son’s birth flower. As the very first flower to bloom after a harsh winter, it is an enduring symbol of rebirth, deep healing, and my son's lasting legacy.

This clinic is not meant to be like any other place. I don’t pretend to be perfect, but I pour 100% of my heart into this space. I am not trying to create a superficial experience, I want this clinic to be the experience. A genuine sanctuary where people can genuinely feel truly heard and cared for.

Moving to a Bigger Space & Honoring Our Angels 🏡✨

The time has come for us to move! We are stepping into a larger space that is already there, and we are working on fixing up, replacing, and refreshing some things to give it a true, home-like feel. As we make this transition, we are building for the very long haul. This is not a vision built on shame. This is community.

To those of you who spoke with me some time ago about an Angel Wall for your loved ones: I have absolutely not forgotten. Your angels belong in a dedicated place.

Our larger clinic space is exactly where that Angel Wall is finally coming to life. Our refreshes are in the works, and I want your loved ones names and memories to be a part of the healing that happens inside these walls.

Excited to officially welcome Carol Ascencio to Hushed and Unheard Medical & Wellness as our first Clinic Lead.

From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to build a space where people feel genuinely cared for the moment they walk through the door. Carol's heart for people, professionalism, and love for primary care aligned naturally with that vision.

Growth is happening at Hushed and Unheard Medical & Wellness, and I’m excited for everything ahead as we prepare for expansion into a new space. 🤍

We are now hiring a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to grow alongside the vision. I’m looking for someone professional, adaptable, compassionate, organized, confident, and comfortable in an evolving environment where communication, teamwork, patience, and growth truly matter.

The front desk is more than answering phones or scheduling appointments. They are the face of Hushed and Unheard from the moment someone walks through the door. I value people who are willing to learn, communicate openly, engage with the community, bring ideas to the table, and help create a welcoming environment where people feel seen and respected.

Family-oriented energy, initiative, professionalism, and kindness go a long way here.

Healthcare administrative or medical office experience strongly preferred due to the nature of our patient population and workflow.
