The last month has been a whirlwind. Santa has been VERY busy. My emotions have experienced the roller-coaster. I've heard wonderful stories from our friends at MAPS. Devastation and loss of life from Hurricane Helene. Having children run to me with open arms and asking for nothing for themselves. Making a Cameo for a 3 yr old girl with stage 4 cancer, going through chemo and praying with a woman that was told she wouldn't live to see Christmas.

It's only now, having a moment to reflect, that I see all of the amazing things that I (Santa) am trusted with. Why God has given me this privilege I do not know. I'm not worthy but I am grateful.

To all the kids, parents, shop owners, managers, organizers and anyone else I've encountered...Thank you! I appreciate you all.

I suppose it's time to lay Father Christmas down for awhile. This part of the year is always so difficult. It's hard to step away from a persona that I have taken to and love so much.

The love and support I have received this year is beyond words. The children who have said to me "I have all I need" or are asking Santa to bring something for someone else besides them has filled my heart and given me a restored hope for our future.

For the businesses and organizations that asked me to be a part of their holidays, I cannot thank you enough. There are many of you and I cherish you all.

I'll keep checking in on you throughout the year because after all...I'm Santa Claus
