No doubt you feel deeply the karmic closure of natural endings, grief, letting go and the somatic awareness of what the evolutionary collapse we are living through feels like in your body.

How might you respond to life, new choices, challenges and the potential for joy with greater trust?

Strength in Solidarity is an 8 week, trauma-informed strength training class specifically for q***r and trans folks and brought to you by s gold of . This class is NOT for allies. If you do not identify as q***r, non-binary or trans, please do not register for this series.

The class meets Thursdays from 6-7pm starting on January 15.

REPEAT and NEW CLIENTS ENCOURAGED! NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Strength in Solidarity a trauma-informed strength training class specifically for q***r and trans folks. During the 8 weeks, we will cover the basics of functional strength training with an emphasis on being in community and building strength and capacity for daily life. The class is designed to support folks brand new to training as well as anyone looking to further their weight training knowledge.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn the intention behind each strength exercise, how to identify and feel specific muscle groups that are working, and to establish language for the body sensations that may arise during training.

In class, we will practice self check-ins to aid in developing the foundation for sustainable, self-reliant, autonomous strength training practices that you can carry with you beyond the 8 weeks.

Body Worship: A 7-Week Journey Back to Yourself brought to you by .not.sam

Body Worship is a gentle, trauma-informed space to reconnect with your body and your energy. Over 7 weeks, we’ll move through the chakra system to help you practice presence, meet your body’s needs, and invite in a deeper sense of authenticity and ease.

Each class blends slow, sensual yoga-inspired flow with somatic release practices such as shaking, EFT tapping, or jumping; all movement is optional and guided with care. You’ll also explore moments of self-connection and internal consent, learning to reclaim movement and embodiment as something that belongs fully to you.

Practicing in community helps dissolve old shame stories and creates space for softness, expression, and self-acceptance. We end every session with a grounding savasana to integrate and settle your energy.

This series is an invitation to come home to yourself; to honor your body not as something to fix, but as a home to tend to and trust.
