Trick or Treat with Indigo Bodywork and Massage!

Indigo Bodywork and Massage offers custom sessions uniquely designed for each individual’s specific needs. Different modalities are brought together to provide a sense of relaxation, rejuvenation, renewal, and, most importantly, relief from pain.

Various sessions may include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, cupping, Swedish/ relaxation massage, Reiki/ energy work, Freedom Bodywork®, heat treatments and essential oils. These all have specific benefits and she will explain what you can expect to experience and to gain from each. Through initial intake conversation, together you will choose the appropriate massage therapy and bodywork techniques for you on that particular day. Session minutes are always in “hands-on-time”. Also offering prenatal massage therapy sessions for the expecting mothers!

Recently reopened in a new location in downtown Asheville, NC, with parking available! Strictly following all safety and sanitization protocols. Hours are by appointment. NCLMBT #15818
