YOGA BY DONATION THIS WEEK IN THE PARK!
TUESDAY, WEDS, & THURS at 11:30 am - 12:30pm, SE corner of Sarzotti Park. Enjoy a 1 hour class before lunch! Donate via cash or Venmo :)

Tuesday and Thursday classes:

Wednesday's Yang/Yin class:
Start with a warm vinyasa flow (moving energy while connecting movement to breath) and transition to a cooling yin practice (long held poses on the ground to get into our fascia and ligaments). Yin challenges the mind to stay put during something that can be uncomfortable at first, but we breathe through it, allowing us to release and find peace through times when we might want to quit. ❤
