You are not only giving birth to a child, but you are also giving birth to a new self: The Mother. As an Occupational Therapist, I help postpartum women transition into their new role as a mother. Ideally, we would meet in person before your child is born to discuss your vision for your 4th Trimester. As soon as your baby arrives, I will provide you with whatever level of support you feel you need
