LADIES OVER 40…
Years of sitting in front of a computer creates glute weakness, pancake butt 🥞
and makes it super hard to get up off the floor! Even if your knees hurt and you need to modify these and omit the weights, start doing these twice a week and see what happens. Recently I have been doing these 2-3x/week, (after taking a long break) and i am finding i can leap up the stairs, get up off the floor easily, and my lower back and core feels stronger too…since i squeeze my core with every rep.
