Im so excited for all the coming births in 2024! I cannot wait to see these families take hold of their power, fully immerse themselves in their God given intuition, be born themselves all over again. Many being first time mothers, and vbac mothers! Thank you for choosing me to support you, thank you for trusting me to see you through on this journey of family making, thank you for giving me something so so precious. I so look forward to ending this year only looking forward to holding your space. ❤️😭

Your baby needs you yes, but you also need your baby. Do not ever let anyone force your hand on self soothing methods. You literally are regulating your baby's nervous system when you simply hold/touch them and vice versa! You were made for each other. Pick up your baby.
