Practice Update - October 6, 2024
To our patients and community: Thank you for your patience as we worked last week to ensure all our staff are safe and accounted for.
Our Hendersonville office experienced significant water damage and will be closed until further notice while we work to remediate the damage. Our Hendersonville providers will be seeing their patients in the Asheville offices until we are able to safely open the Hendersonville location.
While we have limited resources in our Asheville offices, we are planning to offer some dermatological services starting Monday, October 7th. We are taking things day by day as resources continue to change. If you have an appointment scheduled this week at any of our offices, we will reach out the day before to confirm or reschedule. Due to our limited resources and so that we can provide care for as many patients as possible, we ask that any additional persons not accompany you inside for your appointment unless absolutely necessary.
For our patients that had appointments scheduled last week, our team will be reaching out to you to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to get you rescheduled as quickly as possible. We appreciate your continued patience and grace to yourself, us, and our community overall.
