Road To Redemption 🌅

Green Tourmaline ✨
Pine 🌲
Honeysuckle 🌿
Willow 🪶

This team devised a plan of their own. Sitting next to the ocean I was dreaming with Green Tourmaline, I felt Pine come through as a “pick me up”, self worth, confidence, releasing that feeling of always being “not enough”. Honeysuckle, known for her sweet gift of cutting ties with the past, she nudges one towards the cessation of looping in old stories and false truths.

Then along came Willow. I called in another plant, wrote it down, intended to put it in with the other 3. However, there was another plan unfolding. Willow passed by my conscious mind and made its way in. The name of this potion changed, in much the same way as willow snuck in. I had a BIG. OLE. MOMENT. When I realized the “mistake” I made. Cried, got so mad at myself I threw my hands up and went to bed. At 8pm.

I dreamed that night of Sweet Chestnut as my grandfather, he was sitting in his chair with a pipe and I was at his feet. We were in a cozy room by a fire. He was chuckling at me. THIS IS the medicine, child. Trust. He chuckled again and I drifted deeper into sleep.

Each and every flower, plant, crystal, has their consciousness. They want to co-create WITH us! 🤸‍♀️ When we get still and listen, surrender and yes, my lesson, TRUST, they will show up in more magical ways than we could think up on our own.

Ya’ll I am having SO. MUCH. FUN.

I’ve been dreaming of these vibrant co-creations for the last couple of years. I could feel that their time was near and over the last couple of months they are coming into form!
I sat with the plants and the Emeralds and asked who wanted to weave with who? What shall we bring forth? Feeling into the collective while also drawing from daily life this aptly named Soul Salvation was the first to be born.

Emerald comes from deep within the earth and works at the same depth within us. Truly medicine for the soul, our lineage, healing and affecting our DNA. Sweet Chestnut came through, offering strength, a hand to hold during those dark nights, reprieve from the weight of it all. A balm for the grief oftentimes accompanying these underworld explorations of self, Star of Bethlehem volunteered. Her ability to ease that which we’ve carried for days/weeks/millennia is pertinent.

These potions go far beyond any description I could write. I’m so stoked to be able to give you a little glimpse though! What do you think? Is Soul Salvation calling to you?

Sometimes during treatments I incorporate hot stones. They are a lovely tool for working tight muscles, heat penetrates deeper.

I appreciate their smooth edges, their easeful glide and how they meet bone & tissue from a different angle.

As I work my way around the body, offering up what is needed, I placed the used ones in small stacks. I’ve noticed lately how much they remind me of Cairns. Cairns are the little stacked stone markers you’ll find along a hiking trail signifying you’re on the right path. Or at the summit of a mountain when you’ve reached the top.

Traditionally they were used to mark a monument, a memorial or burial site. I love this. While my stones are more symmetrical and round, they signify a part of the path the person has walked. To me they represent the soma (body) and it’s journey. Sometimes we are noting the summit, sometimes a “death” of an old cellular pattern that’s been held deep within the tissue. Sometimes they are simply highlighting where our bodies have been and what direction we are CHOOSING in this moment.

Bodywork is so much deeper that just relieving muscle tension or relaxing. Yes, it’s both AND…. If you’re open to receiving the depth of what’s available, it will show up.

I also love that they often end up at Quan Yin’s feet 💫

I’ve been worshipping the world of gems for as long as I can remember. When we were kids my parents would take to us to a place called Grand Lake (CO). The lake had infinite amounts of Micah mixed in the gravelly sand. The water was ice cold and Crystal clear.

I would spend hours with a dish of some sort my mom gave me trying to collect the GOLD! I can still see it sparkling in the sun and feel the thrill in my body upon meeting this mineral. 😍

I love co-creating with the consciousness of these powerful beings. Witnessing different gems & minerals in their natural environments and listening to their stories, they medicine they want to share.

I brought some raw Emeralds to the ocean recently. Super charged by the earth and the water, these little buddies are smiling brighter than I’ve seen them in awhile.

I’ve been listening and have some very powerful elixirs coming soon that include the messages and love of these Brilliant Emeralds! ✨🪄

PS~ Emerald is my birth stone so it feels extra special to have her as one of the first allies that I’ll be unveiling in an elixir.
