Using my hands for different skills I also love about myself. I hope you are all finding ways to soothe your bodies through all the amazing free online yoga being offered, meditation, walking outside and enjoying the frequency shifts. I have closed my doors for now until we can safely begin life again. Keep your spirits lifted and strike up those conversations with your passions and your bodies again.
