Andy was born on October 20th, 1958 to the late Ralph Lundy Sr and Vera Conley Lundy in Butler, Pennsylvania. He grew up in Galax, Virginia, where he graduated from Galax High School in 1977. Andy was named to the 1976 All-New River District football first team on offense and honorable mention on defense.
