I offer transformative Sound Immersions for PRIVATE SESSIONS.
Sound offers a golden opportunity to travel within our own unique, inner world and re-connect to our deep source, Love, that is inside each and every one of us. When you come for a private session, we have a short conversation about the intention you hold for our hour together. Your strong intention is a very important part of the Sound Healing process because you are giving your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies permission to release specific negative beliefs and patterns that have been running your life at the unconscious level. What does Sound Healing do? Sound frequencies assist in clearing our meridians of old, emotional, negative stagnation due to minor or major trauma, allowing for our life-force energy to travel more freely through our bodies. Sound also opens us to higher consciousness. When our frequency is raised, lifting us out of negative build-up, it is the energy of life, love and healing that floods through our bodies causing the denser energies to transmute or entrain to the higher level frequencies. This allows us to welcome and hold more Light which facilitates healing of our body, mind and Spirit. This is Sound Healing at it's best! Mon.,Wed. 12 noon - 4pm

Beautiful sound, in the form of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and voice are wonderful in assisting people in transitioning from this life. They seem to receive the information they need, that death is actually not to be feared but embraced, that the essential part of them will continue on in another form. When they feel this solidly, they can let go and transition peacefully! I am grateful and humbled to have facilitated this peaceful transition for each of my parents! SOUND & CELEBRATIONS

I took a canvas that I've painted multiple images on and poured the intense emotions in my heart out onto it's surface (not shown). Next was a layer of transformative words, mostly "yes". I let it rest for a few days and then decided to paint something different, something fun I found on youtube. In this case, a simple image of a girl. I thought it was pretty funny that her initial expression wasn't really in alignment with "yes"! Since this image is probably a representation of an aspect of me, it was a great experience to continue painting and see her come into somewhat harmony with the background. She's cautious. One step at a time for her! 🥰🙏💖🌈

I'm taking steps to combine my two loves...Art & Sound into a new page.... Avilone Starre Art & Sound Immersions I'll be posting my painting process from CCFC Art Coach Training plus new paintings as they emerge! I've been playing with the phrase, "Art to HeArt". Not sure how I'll use it. I hope you'll come often to see my new art works and, if you live in or near Asheville, postings about gong events. Here's to the New! 😍🎨🎵🎶

SOUND & LIFE TRANSITIONS
Beautiful sound, in the form of gently played Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and gong are wonderful in assisting people in transitioning from this life. They seem to receive the information they need, that death is actually not to be feared but embraced, that the essential part of them will continue on in another form. When they feel this solidly, they can let go and transition peacefully (I have poignant memories of when I played for both my Mom and my Dad at the end of their lives.).
SOUND & PRIVATE SESSIONS
Magic happens during a Personal Sound Healing Session. My service to you is being a clear conduit for Music of the Spheres .... heavenly frequencies, tones and melodies orchestrated by the Universe for you. All you need do is bring an intention for the session, close your eyes and relax. The gorgeous instruments will take you on your own private healing journey into amazing, mystical soundscapes of Divine elevation, healing and transformation.
Our energy bodies, as well as our physical body, need routine care and maintenance, at least once or twice a month, sometimes more depending on your life circumstances, to stay clear, vibrant and in alignment as we make our way in this world of ours! We pick up all sorts of stagnant, negative energy and "pests" from being in stores, banks, doctors offices, and our tv, cellphones and computers which affects our thoughts, our health and our actions. Our outlook can become very negative and/or numbed with the build-up that invariably happens over time! Unless you routinely practice spiritual hygiene, another name for energetic self-care, you won't realize it's happening. You just find that you don't have the clarity and motivation for the tasks of daily living that you normally may have.
That said, the Personal Sound Healing Session is a blessing, a healing and a celebration of your life! You deserve to feel as healthy and balanced as possible to keep you going forward on your path and evolving … your divine purpose for being here.
