🤍 Heart to Heart: Partner Yoga
A slow, supported practice for connection, trust, and presence. No yoga experience required.

February 13–15 | Weekend Retreat
🌿 Training for Your Next Decade: A Mindful Longevity Retreat
Co-leading this retreat with Becca Impello at St. Mary’s in Sewanee—and I’m genuinely excited to return to this place. Sewanee is special: quiet, soulful, and deeply grounding.
We’ll explore longevity through mindful movement, reflection, journaling, and intentional planning for the years ahead.

🔥 Restorative Yoga + Hot Stones
Long holds, warm stones, deep rest, and nervous system nourishment. This one is about letting your body fully exhale. Sliding scale $15-$35
