I played soccer as a kid. I remember there was this unwritten rule that if you were really good you wore white cleats.
Every once in a while, however, youâd see someone in white cleats who probably shouldnât be wearing them.
Itâs like they thought they could buy their way to being the best player. Obviously it didnât work like that.
The same principle applies to your body. Buying a massage, or a a massage gun, or the latest and greatest CDB cream isnât going to âfixâ your problem.
Those things may offer information, which is extremely valuable, but not the solution in and of itself. Changing your movement patterns and posture are essential.
Donât look for the quick fix. Root out the source, change the pattern, and balance the system.
