I am 38 today and l’ve never felt more comfortable in my own skin and proud of the life I have created.

A few weeks ago I found an old journal that had me reflecting on the past two decades dedicated to my spiritual, professional and personal growth, I can confidently say it has made me strong, resilient and proud of who I have become, not just for me but also for my family and my Bala tribe.

This year is all about sharing what has worked for me to hopefully inspire you.
