quick tip - e oils are very potent - it is easy to get a little too much - sometimes people like to start with a toothpick inserted into your e oil bottle and then stir it in and taste - once you get used to cooking with e oils, you will figure out what works best for you 😊

Here's a recipe for a weekly hair mask, to nourish and hydrate your lovely locks! 💁‍♀️

Ingredients:
1/4 cup cold-pressed coconut oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup castor oil
5 drops clary sage
5 drops geranium
5 drops rosemary

Directions:
Let sit for as long as possible, wash out thoroughly
[Warning: your shower may be slippery after washing the mask out 😆]
