All prepaid purchases (including packages) are valid for up to 6 months unless otherwise specified in writing between Chy and the client(s).
2. If Chy is made to pay parking or public transit fees to access your home, you are responsible for reimbursing those fees in addition to the cost of the service itself. Receipts from these fees can be made available to the client upon request.
3. Same-day
cancellations are required to pay a service fee of half the service cost, unless otherwise specified in writing by Chy. Services can be rescheduled or cancelled no sooner than 24 hours beforehand for no additional fee.
4. All new clients who have not been referred to Chy by an existing client must pay for half of their service in advance, and the other half is due at the time of the appointment. Services are limited to a distance of 1 hour from Medford, MA city hall.
6. The purchase of services, including within a package, are transferable as gifts by the purchaser as long as the receiver lives within the distance perimeter listed above and any additional parking fees are paid for by the purchaser or receiver at the time of service.
7. Any damage done to Chy's possessions (including but not limited to: the table, mat, pillows, sheets, car, or Chy's clothing [such as shoes or coat]) done by a person or animal in the client's home must be financially compensated for at the time of damage.
8. Sessions are provided professionally, meaning that any sexual advances made by a client will result in immediate termination of the session regardless of time spent providing bodywork, and the full cost of the session must be paid. Chy has precautions in place to provide protection for herself against assault, and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Additionally, Chy reserves the right to audio record massage sessions if she feels her safety is at risk.
9. All prepaid purchases are only refundable within 48 hours of the purchase date.
10. Bookings are only made through text message or phone call, and must be confirmed within 48 hours of the appointment. Failure to confirm your appointment may result in your appointment time becoming available for booking for another client.

Chy's Education:
Chy received her 600 hour certification to practice massage and bodywork therapy from the Center For Massage & Natural Health school in Asheville, North Carolina in 2017. She was then licensed as an LMBT by the state, and continues to hold that licensure. After graduating school, passing the mblex, and getting her license, Chy remains dedicated to learning how best to help her clients by taking numerous courses to further her education every year.
