Trained in Swedish Massage, Myofacial Relase, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Reiki & Cranio Sacral.
The massages I offer are an intuitive combination of the modalities I have learned, catered to the specific requests and needs of the client. I use hot towels, CBD salves & essential oils to facilitate healing.
I am continuously furthering my education to meet individual clients evolving needs.
My baseline pressure is firm although can easily be adjusted to a lighter touch upon request.
As an experienced caregiver I am comfortable providing massage to an elderly or hospice clientele.
I am passionate about the complexities of the mind, body, spirit and dedicated to facilitating healing to the best of my ability.
