Deeply reconnect with yourself through transformative breathwork. This practice is an active breathing meditation to move stuck energy, strengthen self-trust, and clear blockages from within your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers. We will move beyond the mind, using breath to meet your highest essence, leaving you restored, balanced and awakened. This class will include intention setting before we move into the breathwork, which will include 25-30 minutes of active breathing, followed by a restorative meditation and closing circle. All levels are welcome. Come breathe and meet yourself.

Strength training for women over 40 — done differently.
At Oso Studio, we focus on progressive strength training in small groups (no more than 4) designed specifically for the female body in midlife and beyond. This is personal training amidst tribe support!
Our intentional training builds muscle, supports bone health, improves metabolism, and helps you move through the next decades of life with strength and confidence.
Our sessions are small, coached, and personalized so every woman trains at the right pace and load for her body.
No intimidation. No comparison. Just steady progress and a supportive community of women doing the work together.
New training groups are forming in April.

Our small group strength training groups at Oso are where the magic happens✨ Our small group sessions are limited to 4 women, to keep the value of a high touch training program, the integrity of our progressive overload, and the safe consistent space for women to thrive and make solid gains. 💪🏽NEW STRENGTH GROUP beginning April 7th! Oso is calling in the evening crew, the women who work daytime hours, the women who can’t do 6am workouts, the women over 40 who are ready for personal training AND love the group mentality, the women who know building strength requires consistency, smart expert programming and a safe space to grow together. THIS IS FOR YOU! 🏋️‍♀️ OSO STRONG: 10 Week Strength Training Intensive is running Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 5pm beginning April 7th. This is not a drop in fitness class. This is a commitment to change, a step towards your future self, and a place where you say “yes” to the more confident and empowered woman in you! We only take 4 women, is it you?
