There’s a voice inside your head that sounds like you. It sounds like it wants to help you. But it’s actually about control.

It’s the voice that says:

‣ Be careful.
‣ Don’t say the wrong thing.
‣ Hold it all together.
‣ Do more. Be more. Fix it.

At some point, that voice might have helped you succeed. Or feel safe. But for many of us, it slowly becomes a prison.

I call this part of us The Monarch - the inner regime that forms around fear, performance, and perfection. It tells a compelling story. But it’s not the truth.

The truth lives deeper, in what I call The Spark. That original sense of clarity, purpose, and aliveness before the system took over.

In my work, I help people break free from The Monarch’s grip. Overthrow the inner regime.

Not by fighting harder…
But by learning how to Drop.

To regulate. To breathe. To listen again.
So you can lead, create, and connect from something real.

Ego operates best when it’s invisible. It convinces you that your thoughts are reality and that your identity is fixed. But once you see it, you can stop it in its tracks.

Here’s how:

Notice the triggers. Ego flares up when you feel criticized, left out, or challenged.

Pause and observe. Instead of reacting, take a breath and ask: Is this ego or reality?

Regulate your nervous system. When you’re stressed, ego runs wild. A few deep breaths can shift your entire perspective.

🛠 Action Step: Next time you feel an ego reaction coming on, practice the Pause & Observe technique. What happens when you don’t react immediately?

There was a time when I couldn't even step outside without feeling like I was on a stage under harsh lights. The world felt like a panel of judges, analyzing every move I made.

People might have thought I was aloof. But the truth? I was terrified of judgment. I wasn't free—I was trapped in my own mind, orchestrating an invisible performance.

And here’s the kicker: I was just as judgmental of everyone else. The ego doesn’t just fear being judged—it thrives on comparison, on sorting people into categories. I assumed others were analyzing me as harshly as I was analyzing them.

That was ego running my life. The moment I saw it, I had a choice. Stay inside the illusion, or start unraveling it.

Ever feel like no matter what you do, it’s never quite enough? You hit a milestone, achieve a goal, and instead of feeling satisfied, the target moves further away.

That’s not a personal failing. It’s by design.

We’ve been conditioned to believe that:📌 More success = more worth📌 Rest is for the weak📌 Everyone else has it figured out

This is the Ego Virus. It thrives on comparison, striving, and proving yourself—keeping you in a loop of never-enoughness. And the worst part? The more we buy into it, the more exhausted, disconnected, and anxious we feel.

So how do we break the cycle?

Catch your ego in action. When do you feel like you have something to prove?

Challenge the narrative. Is that thought true, or is it just programming?

Step outside the loop. Rest. Disconnect. Come back to yourself.
