And many other instruments will heal and lift your vibration and restore energy to your body.
Please bring a mat dress in layers a blanket and pillow if you like.
We will begin with breath, mudras ( yoga for hands) mantra ( voice) gentle movement
And affirmations to prepare the body for sound.
