Amidst the flurry of Spring, I find myself drawn to moments of resting into awareness. I tend to my inner essence with these windows of presence and thereby practice tools for reducing stress and tension: noticing to a birdsong (orienting to my safe environment), acknowledging when I feel pain (attending to my body's sensations), letting myself fully experience the weather (finding gratitude).
