🌟 Employee Spotlight | Meet Brittney Coffman!

Brittney is a fantastic Bistro & Catering Server at the Wellness Center and has been part of the Brethren Care Village team for 7 months.

She was inspired to join the team because of her love for serving others through hospitality. Catering is something she not only excels at, but truly enjoys, making her role a perfect fit.

Working at BCV has had a positive impact on Brittney both personally and professionally. She shares that the environment is full of people who genuinely care about both residents and coworkers, which inspires her to give her best — and more — every single day.
