Medicine Stone Bodywork

My name is Monique and I’m a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator with over a decade of experience in therapeutic bodywork and holistic wellness. I graduated from the National Holistic Institute in 2014, completing 900 hours of training in Eastern and Western modalities, including physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, business, and hands-on practice. My approach is deeply informed by over 20 years of mindfulness and somatic therapy, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training through the Osher Center at UCSF. This lifelong connection to the body–mind relationship allows me to offer sessions that are not only therapeutic but deeply attuned. Since 2014, I’ve worked in clinical settings, chiropractic offices, high-end spas, wellness festivals, advocacy events, corporate spaces, and volunteer-based care. I currently offer:

My work is trauma-informed, intuitive, and grounded in respect for each client’s unique healing process. My goal is simple: to create a space where your body can remember its own wisdom.
