What a beautiful way to celebrate Valentines Day Weekend with a Cacoa Ceremony by Shana at Peace in Power Yoga Studio!! Tonight’s special class brought peace ✌🏼 and clarity to my heart ♥️ Part of class was to think about the things we are thankful for - my strong mom who always shows me what strength is, my husband who loves me through it all, my kids who make me smile 😃

We celebrated Valentines Day & The Olympics all in one class! 🥇🩷

✅Found Stillness after a busy day of being in school, talking about our breath and how it can help soothe us
✅Musical Freeze & Yoga Pose hold for 5
✅Olympic Torch Relay —> run to wall hold pose while holding torch for 5
✅Cooled down and focused on breathing while taking yarn and weaving it through the hole on our calm hearts…breathing in through our nose, then pulling it all through and exhaling through mouth. We of course had to add a bit of pizzazz to our hearts!
✅Yoga obstacle course while RoCkInG out! 🎸
✅Stretching and finding stillness ✌🏼

So proud of the crew! Such hard-workers! 💪

For all you going stir crazy! 🤪 Been making challenges for my students to do at school during all these snow days…today’s challenge makes them pretend that they are on a beach. Have fun with it! Dress up in your best tropical/beach attire. Turn on some beach music, my fav Kenny Chesney and Jimmy Buffett! Have fun!
