Hello! Morgan here. I just wanted to update my schedule with classes I am teaching and my availability. Thank you all for being here. ❤️
*Monday, June 30th @6:30 pm:
Feral Wall Stretch at the Jefferson United Methodist Church.
This class is beginner friendly, slow with a controlled pace, and involves deep stretching, and gentle isometric muscle holds.
This class is the 1st, 3rd, and 5th (of available) Mondays of each month and donation based. You can drop on or register through Shanti Yoga Love LLC /Yoga Practice With Leah Hartman.
*Tuesday, July 1st@6:00pm:
Feral Fitness at the Austinburg First United Church.
This class is beginner friendly, applies various Pilates and stretch movements with a touch of aerobics. It's sure to get your heart rate up and give you a good sweat.
This class is every Tuesday and is donation based. You can drop on or register through Shanti Yoga Love via the link above.

Feral Fitness Stretch Fusion at Shanti Yoga Love studio on Jefferson in Wall Street.
This class incorporates simple pilates movements and gentle stretching making it the ultimate beginner friendly class.
This class is every Thursday morning and the fee is $18 (I think) for drop in or you can go to the link via the page above and browse package options and other classes.
*Thursday, July 3rd @6:00 pm:
Pilates Fusion at 2 Tees in a Pod in Kingsville on the intersection of 193 and 84.
This class is a beginner friendly class that focuses on learning to safely move, build that core, and to build that mind body connection.
This class will be every Thursday evening and have a $15 per person fee. Payment will go to Crystal, our amazing host and store owner.
*Sunday, July 6th @9:00 am:
Private class in Conneaut. This time slot will be unavailable until further notice.
*I have availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays if anyone is interested in hosting a class or just wanting that one one one instruction. ❤️

Hello friends! It is time to give my fitness autobiography and qualifications to help you feel more secure in my business. I am currently 43 years old and started making fitness goals later in life. In 2015, I had hired a personal trainer. In 2016, I discovered POPPilates and worked toward getting certified to teach. I accomplished that goal although my certification had lapsed long ago. In 2017, I earned my group fitness and personal training certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). That same year, I started dual bachelor's degrees in Health and l and Entrepreneurship. In 2018, I earned my health coaching certification through ACE. In 2021, I graduated in the top 5% of my class with honors and received both degrees. During these years and for maybe a handful of years before, I started practicing yoga and pilates, teaching both off and on to friends. In 2021, I started working for the local YMCA and immediately started teaching pilates twice a week. I was also certified as a Silver Sneakers instructor, an Enhance Fitness Instructor, and a Livestrong instructor. I stay up to date on fitness practices and wellness sciences due to my own need to learn and to keep up on my CECs to keep my certifications. I have recently left the Y and chose to do my own thing, so here I am. Thank you all for being here!

Hello! My name is Morgan, and I am the founder of Feral Flow Fitness. My goal is to help others achieve their wellness goals by making in-person fitness and coaching accessible through one-on-one in-home workouts, group fitness parties in your living room or pool (think old-school sales parties, except fitness), and random pop-ups throughout the county through collaborations with other fitness professionals and studios.
