I'm Melanie Grayson, and last summer, I took a leap of faith by starting my own business called "Mel's Pops." This venture has quickly become the centerpiece of my life, providing me with a creative outlet that nourishes my passion for crafting delicious treats. Each flavor I develop is a labor of love, and the joy on my customers' faces makes every effort worthwhile.

Ever since I can remember, I've wanted a career that lets me marry creativity with business acumen. Starting Mel’s Pops allowed me to realize this dream, as I get to experiment with flavors and delight my customers. The shop is more than just a business to me; it's a representation of who I am and the joy I find in pursuing my passion.

Balancing my business with family life is incredibly important to me. I have a wonderful husband and an energetic 18-month-old son with whom I love spending time. Whether it's enjoying a peaceful day at the park or simply being at home, our weekends are dedicated to making cherished memories together. I strive to ensure that I nurture both my entrepreneurial spirit and my role as a loving wife and mother.

Jennifer Saunders: Chief Mojo Maker, Dream-Chaser & Rebel-Coach

Jennifer Saunders is the kind of person who makes you believe in yourself again. She’s a life coach, energy practitioner, speaker, and firecracker of inspiration, helping women shake off self-doubt, chase their biggest dreams, and finally trust themselves like their life depends on it—because it does.

Her résumé is impressive, but let’s be real—it’s not what defines her. Yeah, she’s spoken on big stages, coached countless women through life transformations, and built a career helping people step into their power. But what really matters? She’s run three 100-mile ultramarathons (on purpose!), directed races, been a traveling singer, a mom, married, divorced, and discovered that home isn’t a place—it’s inside you. She aims to love people the way God does—fully, fiercely, and without hesitation.

Jennifer isn’t about polished perfection—she’s about real talk, real growth, and real freedom. Whether she’s leading a retreat, running up a mountain, or helping women kick their fears to the curb, her message is simple: You are more courageous than you think. You are more powerful than you know. And your dreams? They’re waiting on YOU!

Camilla Andersson is a professionally trained chef known for her healthy culinary approach and extensive, large-scale catering expertise. In the early 2000s, she managed a Los Angeles-based catering business, overseeing everything from creative menu planning and food sourcing to crew management. Under her leadership, the team delivered up to 500 meals daily for lunch and dinner, along with occasional breakfast services for 100–150 guests. Camilla also orchestrated large-scale events—producing buffet-style snack food gatherings for over 3,000 attendees several times a year and curating elegant buffet experiences for intimate groups of 50–100.

After a decade in the fast-paced catering industry, Camilla transitioned to a home chef role in the greater Seattle area between 2015 and 2019, specializing in vegan and vegetarian dishes made with organic ingredients. Seeking a quieter lifestyle, she later moved to Montana, where she continued to take on smaller catering jobs. Collaborating closely with a catering company owner, she not only prepared exquisite dishes but also ensured impeccable delivery and service.

Today, Camilla continues to pursue her passion for cooking by taking on select projects that allow her to craft memorable, high-quality culinary experiences.

Jessica feels most alive when she is engaging in activities and experiences that help her become her best self. Whether it's navigating over crevasses as she climbed up Mt. Rainier, or enjoying a tearful family hug before she completed the last ten miles of her 50 mile race in the Olympic mtns, or relishing in memorable teaching moments with her kids after reading Number the Stars, she constantly seeks for ways to elevate herself.

After a few years of working in public relations and marketing, she took a step away to focus on growing her family. She is a passionate and inspiring fitness coach at Orangetheory fitness and is certified in: group training, TRX and water rowing. Jessica loves empowering people through knowledge and supporting others on their health journey.

Jessica attributes her affinity for cougar cubs, Polynesian dancing and men's volleyball to her time at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT where she received a BA in communications with an emphasis in PR and a minor in psychology. Hi, I’m Lacee Mallard, a naturopathic doctor inspired by my own healing journey after the Western medical system let me down. I blend lab testing and evidence-based approaches—like bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), advanced IV therapy, and personalized nutraceuticals—with ancient and ancestral wisdom, guided by a touch of keen intuition. My mission is to empower women all over the country to unlock their body’s innate wisdom, helping them feel their very best and achieve lasting vitality through a holistic, compassionate, individualized approach.

I pour my heart into every patient’s journey, weaving together science and soul to create a healing experience that feels as unique as you are. My work is deeply rooted in bridging the forces of the seen and unseen worlds, allowing for a truly wholistic approach that nurtures both the physical and spiritual aspects of the self. With a Bachelor of Science in International Studies (Global Health emphasis) and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Utah, and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, I bring a strong foundation in science to my work. I studied under Dr. Jonathan Wright for two years, honing my skills in BHRT and hormone care, and I’m committed to continuously deepening my knowledge through ongoing study, mentorship, and exploration of feminine mysteries—drawing on transformative experiences like studying shamanism and plant medicines in Peru, learning womb massage and care from midwives in Guatemala, creating my own flower essences, and working with ancient oils once used by the Egyptians. As a compassionate guide, I invite you to invest in your health by working with me, but know that true transformation requires your commitment to yourself.

My passion for women’s wellness and my lifelong journey into the profound mysteries of the feminine shape everything I do. Whether I’m studying ancient healing traditions, crafting flower essences, or exploring the wisdom of plant medicines, I’m driven by a deep desire to honor and uplift the sacredness of women’s health, staying rooted and grounded in science and lab testing. I’m here, ready to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, as we open the windows to a healthier, more vibrant you.
