Happy Holidays!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a client and supporting my small business, Breathing Space Therapies, LLC. Some of you have followed me over the last six years and across the five locations where I have operated, and I am so grateful for your loyalty and trust in my services and care. This time of year is when I reflect on many things, and one of them is that the opportunity to serve others through bodywork and holistic wellness is truly an honor I love.

Get a Relax and Renew, Holistic Therapeutic, or Prenatal massage. Sessions can be scheduled online up to 90 days in advance. I do have some limited availability tomorrow, Monday, December 22nd, and Tuesday, December 23rd, if you would like to get in before the new year!

Also, as many of you are aware, I will be out of the studio from January 1st to February 5th, 2026. My colleagues have some availability during my absence if you would like to get a massage with Ginger, Sandra, or Cheryl, or schedule acupuncture with Tuuli. Please let them know I referred you. Reminder: New Studio Location Starts Friday, September 19, 2025

As many of you may have read in the August 1st communications from Light Minded People and the email sent by Breathing Space Therapies that evening as well, the studio where I am currently operating will be closing in September 2025. However, I am happy to announce I will continue to offer massage therapy at Foundation Massage in Green Bay, and Breathing Space Therapies, LLC, will operate within it starting Friday, September 19th.

Light Minded People has been my second home for five years. I am grateful for the time spent serving you in this healing and collaborative environment. As I transition within Foundation Massage and continue as Breathing Space Therapies LLC, I invite you to continue your wellness care and bodywork with me.

What You Need to Know:
Foundation Massage is located at 2302 Riverside Drive #8, Green Bay, WI 54301, at the corner of Riverside Drive and W. Allouez Avenue in the Thrivent Building. This studio is 3.2 miles, or about a 6-minute drive, from Light Minded People and is easily accessible from 172 via the Webster/Riverside Drive exit. There is a paved parking lot, and a sign for Foundation Massage and Wellness Clinic is mounted above the door.

I will continue to see clients at Light Minded People studio through Monday September 15th, 2025. See below about upcoming scheduled appointments and booking sessions.

Scheduled Appointments and Booking Sessions

Scheduled appointments will continue as usual through Monday, September 15, 2025, at the Light Minded People studio. You can book appointments through Vagaro, even for those after September 15th.

Scheduled appointments after September 15, 2025, will be migrated from Light Minded People Vagaro to Breathing Space Therapies, LLC Square Appointments.

This will be handled behind the scenes, and I aim to make the process as smooth and painless as possible for you. Please note that you may receive notifications from both Vagaro and Square regarding appointments until this migration is complete. If you need assistance with scheduling, feel free to text me at 920-455-9684.

Starting late September, I will provide links to Square Appointments for scheduling future sessions. There will be several options available for booking appointments, including through my social media links, a Square online site, a direct link, or an app available on both iOS and Google Play. I will share these in my communications and receipts starting late September.

Infrared Sauna Update

Infrared Sauna Sessions will be available through September 15th, 2025. I will not be moving my unit over to the new location. Any unused sauna packages will be credited to your client account for the cost of the sauna sessions.

Any gift cards intended for sauna sessions must be used by September 15, 2025. Otherwise, the gift card will have the credit for the cost of a sauna session, available for use in any Breathing Space Therapies, LLC sessions.

Please note that Foundation Massage owns an infrared sauna, which can also be made available to you. I will provide more information on how to book this add-on service in upcoming communications.

Gift Cards

Gift cards from Breathing Space Therapies, LLC, will remain active and accepted at my new location.

However, if you have a gift card for a sauna session, the amount paid for that session will still be available to use for any of my services as Breathing Space Therapies LLC will no longer offer an infrared sauna service after September 15, 2025.

If you purchased any Light Minded People package or gift card intended for my services, it must be redeemed by September 15, 2025.

Additionally, please note communications from Light Minded People about expiration dates for gift cards and packages with other practitioners.

Labor Day/Moving Sale!

Retail products, such as Magnum Solace magnesium items, and other self-care products, will continue to be available at the new location, within my space, and possibly online in the future.

These will be sold exclusively by me and can be purchased during your scheduled sessions or at a pre-arranged pick-up.

Changes Ahead: New Studio Location Friday, September 19, 2025

Here’s an interesting truth that many of my regular clients know already but I think this content helped normalize.

I have training in mindfulness, health, massage, movement, yoga, qigong, breath work, nutrition, etc. I hold several certifications with Health and Wellness Coaching, 200 Yoga Teacher Training, 300 Yoga Teacher Training, Yomassage ™ for example.

However in my own journey especially after losing my daughter, in my deep grief none of what I had learned to regulate felt helpful. It didn’t honor where I was. I felt like a fraud at times wondering how I could hold these titles but not practice the concepts personally.

Yet I still believe in their practices and capabilities. I have experienced their success.

It’s because it triggered my nervous system. It felt forced. I had to rest and process. Become soft. And feel.

In our society we put so much pressure on ourselves to fix or heal. Instead of embracing what each experience is teaching us. Life is school. And every experience is a lesson. And each of us is unique. We need to honor our own time line, our own strengths, our unique identities and sociocultural factors. And find practices that meet us where we are and help us grow into our next level of ourselves.

Be authentic. Be self compassionate. And be curious.
