Last year, a group of CASA advocates, caregivers, helping professionals, and community members gathered in the mountains for a few days to slow down, reconnect, and be cared for, too.

Weโ€™re incredibly grateful to partner with to bring this experience back to Beyul for a second year.

This month for our monthly support series at the Magical Kiva in Carbondale join Lead with Love Founder with one of her beloved soul sisters the enigmatic founder of and Body Alive ! ๐Ÿ’– Jayne is truly a phenomenon and a force of nature. As a movement artist, Jayne will bring her special artistry to the Kiva for a modified version of her energetic, cathartic and uplifting Signature ๐‘ฉ๐’๐’…๐’š ๐‘จ๐’๐’Š๐’—๐’† offering that infuses yoga, breath, dance and release. This class created a cult following in Aspen and around the world as Jayne teaches internationally prompting people to let loose and free their minds and bodies. This will be a class designed specifically for caregivers and the unique challenges we face dealing with stressful and traumatic situations. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Join Jayne and Gina in the safe and sacred space of the Kiva to explore your body and mind. โœจ
