Tried the new pendulum power squat today and let’s just say…
the machine itself is NOT a warm-up 😮‍💨

Started with just the equipment + 20lbs thinking I was easing in…
realized real quick this thing hits different 👀
Finished strong at 40lbs but earned every rep.

This is your reminder that:
👉 New equipment will humble you
👉 “Light weight” is relative
