We sat on hold with a mail order pharmacy for precisely 1 hour and 41 minutes yesterday to try and transfer a patient’s prescriptions into our pharmacy. We wish we were exaggerating. When you call our store, if someone has a free hand to answer the phone, it will be picked up in 2 rings or less. Mail order pharmacy services are unacceptable. Bring your business back local and give us the opportunity to show you the difference it makes in customer service.
