Happy New Year everyone! I’m teaching zoom classes again starting this evening from 7-8pm. DM ME FOR LINK!!

This class will be a flow of strength building postures with the option to modify for a gentler or more challenging approach. Everything is optional!

Here is a breakdown of class:

7:00-7:10 breathwork and seated postures, some twists gradually moving into all fours, spinal flexion.

7:10-7:40 downward dog flow, standing flow of postures to include downward dog, lounges, triangle, balancing postures like tree etc.

7:40-7:50ish: lie down and seated cool down postures, twists and option to bridge or back bend

7:55-8:00 Savasana, lie down meditation closing
