Health and wellness is what I’ve built so much of what I do around. I love this community...but if we don’t center our focus on God as our ultimate healer, our priorities are all wrong.

The two greatest commandments are simple: love God, and love your neighbor. Not manifest your best life. Not find your truth.

Love God. Love others.

The greatest healer isn’t a supplement, a protocol, or a morning routine. It’s the One who created you. He’s the center of all health and healing, and when we forget that, our priorities are off no matter how clean we’re eating or how well we’re sleeping.

I want everything I share here to point back to Him...because that’s where actual healing happens.

Working at The Barn & Basket Market yesterday was so fun! So of course I racked up some more stuff 🫣 lol

Mamas Kitchen & Always Faithful Farmstead the Roselle Hibiscus jelly is OH EM GEE so amazing!
I'm also planning on using the micro green powder to supplement some for parker! Bc we all know most 6 yr olds won't touch veggies! Lol

Rise Bakery these English muffins are AMAZING!!

Rafter 8 Farm these cheddar jalapeno sausage links are a fan favorite over here and usually all gone by the time we get into the store! So I surprised Chase Belt with those 😘

With moving my business, Joyful Living with Haley , away from Athens was a big move over the summer! But I cannot wait to build up more clients and help so many of y'all wonderful people I met yesterday! The community out there is so sweet! 💜

Spoiler Alert.....
This is the same with you 🫶.... Avoiding and "squashing" emotions causes them to stay and wreck havoc in the body.

This doesn't mean every emotion is true and valid, but it is REAL.

1 Peter 5:7 ESV says:
[7] casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

He doesn't say cast all your problems too big for you to handle on your own on him. He says ALL your cares.... Bc HE cares ❤️

We don't put emotions in the driver seat to dictate our actions, but we DO acknowledge them and filter them through the lense of Christ!

Mold is something that is often overlooked when it comes to health. I think that is because of a couple different reasons:

1. It is a BEAST to remediate. It's expensive and there is SO many different opinions on how it needs to be done safely. Facebook mold groups will overwhelm you REAL quick and fast. When you are already struggling with the symptoms,taking on that project seems too big so you just don't want to know 🫣

2. You don't believe it causes the issues you are having. Dr google and most health practitioners will tell you it doesn't effect your health and not worth looking into. "Mold is everywhere and not everyone has your symptoms so it can't be the cause" mindset... 🤷‍♀️

Over my time seeing clients and going through my own mold journey... I've learned some things 🫶

-mold effects every single body differently. It really has more to do with your bodies ability to process and filter out mold toxins effectively. People with trauma, toxic overload, chronic illness, or mthfr gene mutations are way more suseptible to adverse symptoms than someone who can detox effectively.
There can be 2 people living in the exact same house, 1 is completely debilitated and the other perfectly fine.

-the symptoms it can cause are truly limitless, the longer you are in the mold, the more pronounced and random the symptoms get
My biggest sign im around mold now is vertigo. Others ive seen it cause partial blindness, Mast Cell Activation (MCAs) which leads to many autoimmune disorders and so much more!

When Mycotoxins (toxin released from black mold) shows up over and over in a clients zyto scan, I never leave it undiscussed. We can't heal the body or the nervous system if one of the root causes is still overloading the body. When ive really leaned into a client to mold test because I truly feel it's hindering our progress ... I haven't been wrong yet. Lol

I found the company MicroBalance and their homeopthic mold concentrate and sprays can help clean the air while remediation is taking place. There IS a way to keep it somewhat under control and help your body begin to get some relief.

I never remember to get pictures of my The Barn & Basket Market hauls, but heres a couple!

Fresh sauteed veggies with BR Ranch seasoned Black seasoning and added in the left over Lipseys Beef from tacos last night!

And then HAD to add my favorite nontoxic candle scent from Through Grace Alone. This thing makes me so happy when I burn it!

Healthy doesn't have to be difficult, but barn and basket has made it so much easier! ❤️

SUMMER SCHEDULE CHANGES! 🥳

Some of you know, some of you don't! But this is my last week seeing clients at For Such A Time Day Spa in Athens. 💔 that place is just so special, but the Lord has definitely shown me change is essential to growth!

This summer my family needs me to be more flexible and available in a multitude of ways 💜

That means this summer I will actually be travelling TO YOU! And opens up my availability to more days and more evenings than just Tuesdays/Thursday! Also my travel range is huge. I've already got clients spread from Elkhart, Palestine, Tyler, Athens, canton, even McKinney and Richardson!

My goal is to land permentantly closer to home in an office here in Palestine around august, but the Lord is showing me I'm not in control 😂 IYKYK

I've always said this business and ministry is HIS, not mine. So let this summer be an opportunity to see what HE has in store for You through it!
