When the Medicine chooses you, you never truly know the journey you are agreeing to. You simply say yes, and Spirit begins to rearrange your entire life.

Prepare for the unveiling.
Prepare to witness the masks fall from people you once held close.
Prepare to be stripped bare of every identity you believed yourself to be, so that your true powerful self can rise.

The Medicine will require truth.
Truth in how you show up, how you love, how you speak, how you walk.
It will guide you to confront yourself, heal yourself, and step into a profound initiation of self discovery and evolution.

The Medicine comes to many, but not everyone says yes. Some turn away because they are not ready for the sacrifice, the shedding, the rebirth.

But for those who accept the call…
Prepare for your Tower moment, the collapse of everything false.
And prepare for your Empress moment, the rebirth of everything divine, powerful, and destined within you.

This path is not gentle.
But it is holy.
And it will shape you into who you were always meant to become.

There’s nothing wrong with seeking outside of self but only after you have consulted with self first.

Your body is more intelligent than you know. All you have to do is ask and receive the wisdom. Your body will tell you. A tightening in the chest, a clenching in the buttocks.. all warning signs and symptoms to take a deeper look before proceeding.

Before you claim yourself as lost.. be sure to ask your body first. It’s your lifeline to the most high.

Recently my guides have been helping me to lean into toning and breath work as it means of moving energy and spreading healing frequencies throughout the room and it has been the most amazing and beneficial way to channel high frequencies😍

I was nervous because when a transmission comes in for you to channel that has no words but only tones and frequencies you have to absolutely get out of your own way and trust in the unknown. Trusting that your ancestors and spirit guides know the way and I’m so grateful that I did.

Recently, someone asked me if my work ever stresses me out.

I couldn’t help but chuckle because my work could never stress me out. I love what I do. I’m deeply passionate about it.

I believe that’s what people are truly longing for in life … to work in alignment with what they love, or to be of service to something that fulfills their soul.

I’ve had visions of this work since I was a teenager. My dreams were always lucid, vivid , showing me glimpses of the sacred service I would one day walk in.

You have to wake up each day and choose joy. Choose to do something that brings peace to your heart and meaning to your life.

One of the most beautiful things people often say to me is, “My ancestors sent me to you.”
And I smile, because Spirit recognizes Spirit. Every day I honor my guides, my ancestors, and the Divine. So when someone’s lineage sends them my way, I feel the sacred responsibility to care for their baby, whether they are old or young.

Now, this path hasn’t come without challenges. I have to stay mindful of what I attract, because although I attract a lot , it’s not always pure, nor always with the best intentions for me or the community. But that’s part of walking with power. Anyone carrying light will draw both love and lessons.

Each of us was born with a divine mission, a soul purpose. And as we evolve here on Earth, our duty is to stay true to that mission and to find alignment with joy and love within it.

Because true success isn’t measured by money or fame, but by the peace you feel when you’re living your purpose.
