Wunn Wellness I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer ready to help you achieve your fitness goals by empowering & Being on a wellness and movement journey has taught me much.

Here are some of the things I want to share and instill in YOUR life's wellness journey!
-Grace is your friend; if you eat more pizza than you intended to (it happens) get back on tract at the next MEAL, not next month…
-Just because you feel it, doesn’t mean that it is true.
-Your body will respond in positive ways when you fuel it with good whole foods
-Kids will eat healthy food too!
-What we think (allow ourselves to think!) determines how we feel about things, which totally influences our actions! So by changing our thinking patterns (mindset) will do wonders!!
-Movement (exercise) is SO IMPORTANT for so many reasons:
o Better sleep patterns
o Gives us energy
o Burns calories
o Helps body systems be more efficient
o Helps with hormone regulation (insulin, cortisol, etc)
o Stress relief
o It’s preventative care for many diseases/aging issues

These are things that I want to help you understand, accomplish, and experience firsthand!! Together we can work towards a healthier YOU!! YOU are worth it! YOU CAN make changes! YOU CAN change your life! Exercise and body movement can help influence your body and mind in so many ways!

Every day counts, and YOU are worth it!

I know we are moving into a busy time of year, and yes, we all have excuses, but if you are thinking about getting healthy in the new year, why not get started now? Think about how much closer to your wellness goals you'll be if you start NOW instead of 8 weeks from now.

Recent brain research is showing that having a healthy heart and normal blood pressure numbers in mid life might be associated with brain volume later in life.
So what I'm doing NOW impacts how I'm going to GET to live later! Help your brain by helping your cardio vascular system!

Apples come in a variety of colors, sizes, and levels of tart to sweet. I think there is an apple out there for each of us. There are 2500 varieties grown in the USA alone.

Don’t peel your apple; most of the fiber and nutrients are found in the peel!

Apples are fat, cholesterol, and sodium free. An apple has 5 grams of fiber and a variety of vitamins and minerals.

Maybe there is a good reason we say…An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

Try apple nachos! Slice apples thinly and top with melted PB (it goes much farther this way! Or even try reconstituted PB powder.) Then top with chocolate chips or raisins. It’s a great snack with carbs, protein, and some fat.

Kiwifruit.🥝 It’s green. It’s brown. It's fuzzy. And it’s full of little black seeds.

It is actually the edible berry of a vine that grows in China, New Zealand, and Australia. It became popular during WWII, and importation to the US started in the '60s. The fuzzy skin is edible—some eat it and some don’t! A typical kiwi is 83% water and is a great source of vitamin C.

Skin them and slice them, cut them in half and scoop them with a spoon, or just take a bite and eat it like an apple.

Learn something new about LEMONS.

Lemons…they have been around for centuries.

The average lemon has three tablespoons of juice in it. Sprinkling lemon juice on other fruits (like apple slices) can keep them from turning brown.

Although we don’t usually think of having lemon sections for a snack, the juice can be a great addition to water to add some flavor.

They are a fantastic source of vitamin C (which prevents scurvy, for all you pirates 🦜🏴‍☠️ out there).
They were such a unique find that kings 👑 gave them as gifts...🎁
