You don’t need to work 52 weeks a year to be stable.

I did this first:
🤑Calculated my real income needs — including time off, taxes, savings, and rest 🤑Divided that number by 10 months — not 12 — so I could plan for breaks without stress 🤑Set my fee based on my ideal caseload — so I could work less and earn more

This one shift gave me time freedom, financial clarity, and the energy to show up fully.
