How special it is to have a relationship where there's enough trust to talk about what you feel. Something like: "Love, I got a little upset. I'm sorry, but I didn't like how you reacted either. That made me feel bad." ☺️💕
It's not toxic to express what bothers you, nor is it toxic to tell your partner your problems or ask for understanding. It's also okay to say what makes you insecure. 💕❤️🩹
What really hurts is botching up your emotions and not saying anything for fear of ruining what you have. The foundation of every healthy relationship is communication, honesty, respect, and a willingness to improve. Everything can be talked about. 😌
