✅️IBD is an autoimmune disorder, meaning the body’s immune system attacks healthy tissues. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a term for two conditions (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis) that are characterized by chronic inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.

✅️Some signs and symptoms include abdominal pain, diarrhea, weight loss, anemia, fatigue, urgency to have a bowel movement with incontinence f***l production, anxiety, and depression. Some people may be symptom free most of their lives, while others can have severe chronic symptoms that never go away.

6oz Raspberries

💜💜Purple cabbage can improve gut function due to the various nutrients it contains. It contains anti-inflammatory compounds that help to reduce intestinal inflammation and is a great addition to your diet if you suffer from autoimmune or inflammatory gut conditions.

🍏🍏Apples contain fibres, as well as polyphenols, two types of nutrients that promote a healthy gut, and reduce inflammation. These fibres also help to manage irritable bowel syndrome.

🩷🩷Raspberry also contains several essential minerals, such as potassium and magnesium. These minerals help support the body's natural defense system against infection and disease. In addition, they may be able to reduce inflammation in the body and even improve overall immunity.

🫚🫚Ginger is an important dietary agent that has a carminative effect, decreases pressure on lower esophageal sphincter, reduces intestinal cramping, and prevents dyspepsia, flatulence, and bloating.
