What specific memory do you have when smelling lemons?

The most important aspect of the smell training process is staying in a relaxed state and focus on keen memories related to that smell. When smelling our lemon fragranced essential oil, I focused on a time long ago in my life, eating dinner with my family at the dinner time. It was one of my first times eating white fish, my mother insisted on squeezing a fresh lemon onto my fish that was prepared for me, which became one of favorite meals. This vivid memory brought me a little bit of ease, and was critical in the process of regaining my smell and taste back to my original state. What memory do you have when smelling our lemon oil? 🍋
