Your body needs time to heal before jumping into any body contouring or wood therapy treatments. 🩷

After surgery, your tissues are inflamed, lymphatic flow is disrupted, and your body is focused on recovery — not sculpting.

Starting too soon can increase swelling, delay healing, or even compromise your surgical results.

⏳ Here’s the rule of thumb:
Most clients should wait 6-8 weeks post-op, or until swelling is gone, before beginning contouring or wood therapy sessions.

At that point, your lymphatic system is ready to benefit from these treatments — helping smooth the skin, reduce swelling, and refine your results safely.
