I’m saying this out loud, on purpose.
By December 31st, my goal is to partner with 40 corporations.

Not surface-level partnerships.
Not “check-the-box” wellness.
Real work. Real impact.

I help teams deal with burnout, reconnect with one another, and actually enjoy working together again, through Soap Therapy® and Sensory Healing.

We’ve done this before.
We have a 92% success rate.
And this work isn’t accidental, it’s intentional.
After 20 years in talent acquisition, I know one thing for sure:

People want to feel human at work. They want to breathe again. They want to feel like they matter.
So I’m locking in.

Thank you to all that came to our Vision Board Party!
Saturday was nothing short of powerful.

We came together with intention, did the work, released past trauma, and made room for clarity, strategy, and realistic goals for 2026. This wasn’t just about vision boards, it was about alignment, accountability, and moving forward with purpose. The energy in the room was full of love, honesty, and intention. Despite all the talk of storms, there was no storm in sight, just powerful people showing up for themselves and each other.

Thank you to everyone who came, participated fully, and left feeling fulfilled. That’s always the goal. And to those who couldn’t make it this time, we’ll catch you next year 💛

A special thank you to our vendor for stepping in and becoming our speaker, sharing your wisdom, and allowing us to purchase your amazing Vision Forward Planners. I’m starting mine today, and that alone says a lot on how amazing they are.

On this Founders Day, I pause in gratitude to our 22 Founders, thank you for your vision, courage, and unwavering commitment to service. You didn’t just create an organization; you created a legacy of leadership, excellence, and impact that continues to shape women across generations.
As a founder myself, I recognize that the work we build today stands on the shoulders of those who paved the way before us. Ready to Live Soap Therapy exists because I was taught to lead with purpose, to serve with intention, and to believe that healing, community, and excellence can coexist. That foundation was planted right here.
Thank you to my mommy , for putting Delta in my heart early, long before I understood the depth of sisterhood and service. And to witness my daughter follow suit is a full-circle moment that reminds me why legacy matters, both in life and in business. To my prophytes, thank you for your guidance, discipline, and example of what it truly means to uplift others.
