STOP Laying On Your Back To Deliver The Baby... You Squat. You Don’t Take A P**p While Laying On Your Back! Your Going Against Gravity.

Stop Getting All These Medication, Epidural Shots etc etc. You’re Killing Baby And You!

When You Give Birth In A Natural Squatting Position, You Dont Have To Push As Much And It Is Way Less Pain. 80% Of The Pain Comes From The Baby Being On Your Spine While You Push. Have A Water Birth... Water Stretches Your Skin So It Will Be Easier To Push As Well... And No The Baby Will Not Drown When Having A Water Birth Because The Baby Is Grown In Water In Your Womb🥰
