Hey loves. Just a reminder our 9 AM workout will be cardio. Wednesdays are cardio day. I will be at Stone Mountain again seeing if I can improve my time on climbing to the top. What will you be doing?

WEDNESDAY'S ARE CARDIO DAY !!!!!!!!!!!!

So find a way to get your heart rate up and keep it up for 30min to an hour. I'll still be going live from Stone Mountain. I'll be hiking today for my hour of cardio 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

-Ride a bike
-Jog
-Run
-Power Walk (use your arms)
-Jump rope
-elliptical/treadmill
-swim
