This new name reflects the continued growth of our practice and the central role that insight plays in meaningful psychotherapy. Developing insight—into patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences—can create space for greater clarity, flexibility, and lasting change.

While our name is changing, everything else remains the same — the same therapists, the same care, and the same commitment to supporting you.
