Y’all! Ok, selfies are *awkward*, but y’all KNOW I LOVE my tools, so this was worth it!! I just tried this viral lymphatic face brush. And? Get it. For real, it was only $10, so just get it. Look at the difference in the left side of my face: more contoured, less puffy, and my smile line is not as visible as on the right side which I didn’t touch. Wow! This morning I woke up with an awful headache. Intuition told me to use my tuning fork. I quickly rang it and traced it through my energy field all over my body. In under a minute I had no headache. Energy is energy, moving packets of information and light + sound. It is also physical. You may not be able to see it, but indeed it is there and impacts our physicality in very profound ways ✨🎶

For those who’ve requested it, here’s the grounding mat I use, and have for the past year and a half. I’ve tested this with a multimeter to show its grounding effects (something I’d recommend doing with any grounding product you purchase to prove its efficacy). I’ll post a video of the multimeter soon to show how the grounding effect works! 👌🏽
