Kenneth, IG my very 1st Health & Fitness Mentee, made an absolute transformation since working with him during the year of 2020, in which was & still is, virtual only. He reached out to me because we were friends in high school & he needed help losing weight. In the beginning, I admit my training program was NOT as effective as it is now. After doing countless research on weight loss case studies & scientific research, Kenneth was then placed on my fine-tuned, Progressive Heavy Weight training program to cut down bodyfat & increase muscle mass. He absolutely hated it at 1st, but as I continued to explain the reasoning behind everything, he was able to remain consistent through the setbacks that come with losing weight. ‼️THE SECRET TO SUCCESS IN FITNESS‼️

Just like any journey FAILURE & REDUNDANCY gets DISCOURAGING 😞 & BORING 😴

That’s why it is VITAL to be GRATEFUL for the SMALL WINS you make along the way.

HOWEVER, ☝🏽 Complacency is NOT the goal

Take time ⏰ to celebrate in a non-overeating & cheating your diet way like doing something nice for yourself. That could be hanging with friends, going on a vacation trip, buying something new that you’ve always wanted aka “treat yourself”.

Best of all, affirm to yourself “I am better now then I once was” because it’s YOU vs YOU. No other competition should matter.
