Our health journeys do not happen overnight. If you struggle with weight, high cholesterol, or some other disease, the reality is you did not just wake up one morning to these issues.
These problems often take years to show their ugly heads and the reality is, we need patience to change. A quick fix wonāt solve years of poor choices.

Meaning, what is one change you can make today? Start, donāt put it off another day.
Maybe itās changing what you eat for breakfast or going for a walk. I offer suggestions to my clients to not make drastic changes and choose the all or nothing route. This is a sure way to fall off the wagon quickly.āØāØ

This one makes me sad.
But I also get it because I felt like this for too long myself.
The truth? It is possible to change. You can change. You are not stuck where you are today.
