CHICKEN & BROCCOLI BURGERS ๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿ”

Ingredients:

10.5 oz (300g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs

3.5 oz (100g) broccoli

2 eggs

2 oz (60g) grated cheese

Salt, pepper, oregano (to taste)

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

โณ Prep Time: 15 minutes
๐ŸŒก Cooking Method: Skillet over medium heat

Instructions:
1๏ธโƒฃ Finely chop the broccoli.
2๏ธโƒฃ Dice or mince the chicken into small pieces.
3๏ธโƒฃ Combine chicken, broccoli, eggs, cheese, olive oil, and seasonings in a bowl.
4๏ธโƒฃ Form the mixture into burger patties.
5๏ธโƒฃ Cook patties in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
